Abundant Life Christian Church Vision

The purpose of this Ministry is to teach God's Word with an uncompromising conviction - the Gospel that Jesus Christ preached. It is my desire to minister by precept and example to raise the spiritual consciousness of the Body of Christ to live according to the standards set by the Great Example Setter, where we are able to Live Free and Victorious in Christ.

In 1990, the Lord gave me a vision of a people (church) who will consciously and deliberately govern themselves by the principles and doctrines of God's Word. And by the exercising of the Word, would lead many to rise from burned-out hopes and faulty lifestyles to enjoy the privileges and promises of God wrought to us through the love of Jesus Christ and adopt a lifestyle that exhibits the true meaning of The Abundant Life.

Thus, in 1993, Abundant Life Christian Church was established, and in obedience to the call, we endeavor to exemplify the spirit of unity and, as co-laborers with Christ, be determined to make Excellence in Ministry a normal function of the church. Therefore, providing us with an opportunity to find out what things will not be impossible for us to do. (Genesis 11:6)

Let us consistently strive to achieve the same kind of love, compassion, faithfulness, strength, truthfulness, self-control, patience, and motivation for service, which is displayed by the Great Example Setter - Jesus Christ.

Statement of Faith - What We Believe

We believe all scripture in the Bible!

We believe the Bible to be the divinely inspired Word of God! (II Tim.3:16)

We believe that the Bible is the final authority for all Christian Life.

I. A CENTRAL WORSHIP CENTER
John 4:21-24 instructs us that God seeketh or the kind of worshipers the Father seeks, is the true worshiper. He also tells us to forsake not the assembling of ourselves together like some do: A central place of worship sets order, stability, and security for the immediate community and God’s people.

II. A DRUG REHABILITATION CENTER
Jesus had a method that was very practical. He met people from all walks of life at their level, then took them lovingly to where they needed to be. This structure would provide a consistent Christian support system to restore the afflicted ones to spiritual, mental, and physical wholeness and to make the fallen individual become a productive citizen in society.

III. A CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
The idea of education was initiated from the church. All principles of life come from the KINGDOM OF GOD. The formidable years of Pre-K to eighth grade are very valuable. A Christian Elementary School is essential so that our youth may have a spiritual foundation where they can pray and learn about God.

IV. A DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING CENTER
This Training Center will be erected for the purpose of equipping the saints for evangelism in every area. This training will enhance the disciples penetrating power in the streets, homes, prisons, and schools. It will increase the saint’s ability to handle the Word of God with a consistent, systematic, and comprehensive form of Bible instruction.

V. A FAITH FEEDING CENTER
Many people are strapped financially due to poor management and unemployment. This produces hunger and homelessness which is becoming more and more prevalent in our society. Shelters will be built to address this need. Hunger prevents the WORD OF GOD from being received graciously. Therefore, our kitchen will feed the hungry with physical food. This will also give the opportunity to give them the Bread of Life, the spiritual development needed to live wholesome lives. It is our desire to not leave these valuable creations destitute. We will also have training to prepare them to be responsible and prepare them to work. We will not perpetuate laziness.
